This SaaS founder 3x'd revenue in 6 months

And reduce churn by 40%

Hope you’re having a huge week.

I’ve got to admit: my consistency with this email newsletter has been poor — but there’s a reason for it.

Over the last 6 months, I’ve been working closely with a handful of early-stage B2B SaaS founders, helping them work towards product-market fit.

I’d say it’s gone pretty well:

  • Henry from SEOSpace 3x’d his revenue and reduced churn by 40% in 6 months (watch our interview here)

  • We helped Pierre and Iman, co-founders of Flozy focus on repositioning and work towards diversifying their growth channels (case study coming soon)

  • We helped Salma from Qreates go from Trello-board-prototype to full product, with {redacted} in revenue and M&A interest from some of the biggest companies in her space (case study coming soon)

For context when I say “we”, I mean myself and my co-founder Will. He built and exited a software startup for $2M when he was 21. He joined a high-growth company as a sales rep to see out his non-compete, and now he’s building another LegalTech product. Together we have over 20,000 hours of industry experience.

Over the last 2-3 years I’ve been building a marketing consultancy and agency that exclusively works with B2B SaaS companies and it’s gone well — in one particular case we helped a company grow to $20M ARR in 3 years while bootstrapped.

However, it started to become unenjoyable. I was constantly turning away early-stage companies because they didn’t fit my mould and I was incentivised to work with larger companies which meant more red tape and bureaucracy, as well as removing myself from areas where I had an edge. Not a good time.

So Will and I decided to combine our knowledge, skills and experience, run a pilot program with a handful of founders, to see if this thing had legs. Happy to report that it does.

So we’re making it official: growsaas.com

We work closely with early-stage B2B SaaS founders, helping them rapidly take market share and hit their first $1M.

Everything we do is wrapped in a core protocol called efficient growth. The days of raising cheap capital and wasteful spending are over, if you want to win in 2024 and beyond you must know how to efficiently acquire customers and run a profitable business. Building a software company is no longer reserved for the privileged, it’s easier than ever to build a product and so efficiency is gained at the marketing and sales layer.

Efficient growth protocol

If this sounds like something you’re interested in, we’re opening the door to a few more founders who want to grow fast.

In other news, I’ll be getting this thing up and running again soon. Lots to share.
